2020年度Manfred Lachs国际空间法模拟法庭竞赛队员招募

　　赛事介绍：

　　Manfred Lachs国际空间法模拟法庭比赛是国际空间法学会于1992年创办的关于外层空间法律制度的年度性、世界级模拟法庭大赛，该大赛因其每年的总决赛由国际法院三位大法官亲自出庭审理而成为当今世界最高级别的模拟法庭大赛。Manfred Lachs空间法模拟法庭亚太地区赛开始于2000年，相对于北美、欧洲赛区，是当今世界最活跃的赛区。

　　我校代表队近年来两次获得国内选拔赛冠军，四次获得亚军，每年均派出代表队至澳大利亚、日本等地参加亚太地区赛。通过参与该竞赛，学生可以较为系统地学习外层空间法知识，了解外层空间可能发生的国际法律纠纷，提高国际法应用能力、临场思辩能力以及法律英语水平。我校多名参赛队员被保送为本校或外校的研究生，或考取了国外高等学府的研究生，或就职于国内外律所或企业，特别是航天企事业单位和相关国际组织。

　　赛程安排：

　　目前暂定于2019年11月9日举办77779193永利校内赛。校内赛优秀选手将组成我校代表队将参加2019年12月21日-22日在北京举办的中国赛区全国选拔赛。优胜者将作为中国代表队参加2019年4月在亚太地区国家举办的亚太地区赛。关于竞赛的具体情况、历年赛题和最佳诉状等参见http://iislweb.org/lachs_moot/resources/.  今年的竞赛题目参见https://iislweb.org/lachs_moot/.

　　Recruitment of the 2020 Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court Competition

　　Introduction of the competition:

　　Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court Competition which launched by the International Institute of Space Law in 1992, is the annual and world-class Moot Court Competition on the legal issue of Outer Space. The competition has become the world's highest-level moot court competition because its annual finals are heard by three judges of the International Court of Justice. Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Asia-Pacific region began in 2000. Compared with North America and Europe, now it is the most active region in the world.

　　The team of BIT has achieved excellent results for many times in the past few years. It is a great chance to learn more knowledge about the outer space law, understand the international legal disputes in outer space, and improve the ability of applying international law, improvise effectively and skill of legal English.

　　The schedule of the competition:

　　The BIT Round will be held on 2019.11.9 (TBA). The outstanding participators will have the chance to practice in the National Round which will be held on 2109.12.21 in BIT. The winners of the National Round will be able to participate in the Asia-Pacific Round.
